all minds.

We provide education and support for neurodivergent professionals (including people with mental health experiences) who are navigating workplace systems that weren’t built for them.

Our work is grounded in lived experience and disability-affirming approaches. We also help employers, managers, and organizations create better systems.

About All Minds

Our Story

I’m Taylor Yeomans, founder of All Minds Solutions, and for nearly a decade I’ve supported people of all kinds of minds in navigating employment.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped individuals find and maintain meaningful work, access workplace accommodations, set goals that actually fit their lives, and navigate employment systems that often weren’t designed with disability and neurodivergence in mind.

My work is grounded in both education and lived experience. I completed an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Gender Studies before going on to study a Master’s degree in Critical Disability Studies where I developed skills in research, communication, and accessibility work through an intersectional lens. I am heavily inspired (and accountable to) movements like disability justice, mad pride, and other places where support and care is intersectional and focused on liberation.

My passion for this work is deeply personal.

As someone living with multiple invisible disabilities related to mental health and neurodivergence, I’ve experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate employment systems. When I looked for support myself, I found very little that went beyond basic job searching, especially for people in professional or leadership roles. That gap is what led me to create All Minds Solutions and do this work in a more intentional way.

Today, my work focuses on two connected goals: supporting individuals in finding sustainable, affirming ways to access and maintain work, and helping employers and organizations build workplaces that truly work for all minds.

Employment Support

I support professionals of many kinds of brains with things like:

  • Career planning

  • Identifying helpful accommodations

  • Navigating workplace conflict

  • Maintaining employment

  • Job-searching support (applications and interviews)

Employer Support

I support employers, managers, and organizations in creating workplaces that work for all minds. Our services include things like:

  • Custom workshops

  • Speaking engagements

  • One-on-one support calls to help you build disability- and neurodivergent-affirming systems and practices.

Note: Thanks for visiting my page! Please note that this website is a work in progress. Although many aspects around digital accessibility were considered in the creation, there is still much more work to be done to ensure the website is fully accessible. These changes will be coming over the next few months as I learn more and (hopefully) secure funding to do this work.
